Build (or keep!) the strength, power, and stability you need for ski season — so you can ski confidently from first chair to last chair all winter long.

 

Group Schedule:

Weekly on Mondays & Wednesdays

Monday, December 15th - Wednesday, March 25th 

*Skipping (Dec 22nd-Jan 2nd) & (Feb 11th, Feb, 16th)

Program Length: 24 classes, 12 weeks 

Time: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Location: 201 W North Bend Way (map)

Meet Your Instructor Kelley Mast

Kelley Mast is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and the owner of MastMountainFitness, LLC, and has been training clients and leading group fitness classes in the Snoqualmie Valley for the past 12 years. She also is a certified spin, TRX, barre and HITT Chaos trainer. 

Kelley is committed to helping her clients find their inner strength to meet their fitness goals. Her goal is to help her clients feel confident and strong – all of which can be achieved through proven, personalized training methodologies. Key components to Kelley’s fitness programs include stabilization, balance, strength, endurance and power training.
