Program Schedule:

March 31st - June 18th

Tuesdays & Thursdays 

5:30 - 6:30 pm

  • Postpartum Screen with a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the start of the program to make sure you are safe to begin training and to become aware of any specific weak areas or injury risks. ($285 value)
  • 12 Weekly Group Run with Physical Therapist and Run Coach Kaeli Beckham. ($240 value) 
  • Customized Weekly Strength Training Program to work on strength and mobility needed to improve running. ($270 value)
  • Accountability Buddy to help you stay on track and achieve your goals!
  • FB Community of other moms in the group to join up for other weekly runs! 
  • Group Celebration Run on June 20th!
  • Bonus Workshops such as: Intuitive Eating, Postpartum Nutrition, Performance Dietitian, Postpartum Counselor, Sex Therapist & Pelvic PT (on postpartum sex), Birth Trauma Processing, Matrescence, Whitney Mack – hormones, workout & nutrition. ($100 value)  

 

In-Person Strength Training Class Dates:

Weeks 1 & 2: March 31st - April 9th

Strength training sessions with Cynthia McKay will start us off for the first 2 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:30pm:

  • Tuesday, April 7th
  • Thursday, April 9th

Ongoing Strength Training Classes every THURSDAY

April 16th – May 28th

5:30 - 6:30 PM

 

Weekly Group Run Dates:

Weeks 3 - 10: April 14th - June 16th

Group runs every TUESDAY

5:30 - 6:30 PM 

Group Celebration Run: Saturday, June 20th
