Why Moms Loved Last Year’s R2R

(And Why You Will Too!)

“I had ‘retired’ from running a few years before I had my kiddo, but after becoming a mom, I wanted to get back to it. I struggled to start and stick to it—until this program changed everything! It taught me how to care for my body and actually reach my fitness goals. And the community of other moms was the most rewarding part! I highly recommend it to all new moms at any stage in their postpartum journey.”
—Jess

“So excited to join the mamas again this year! After two kiddos zapped my time and love for running, this was exactly what I needed to get back to a practice I really need in my life. The friendly coaching and accountability were everything! It kept me moving forward—even through minor injuries that would have otherwise stopped me.”
—Sara

“I wish I could do this again! I participated last year as someone who NEVER ran before—and I ran a 5K at the end! I still take whatever class I can with Cynthia MacKay and probably will until she gets sick of me. This program was such a special experience, and I’m so grateful for Kaeli, Christine, and the other strong women in my cohort!”
—Rian
